ANNUAL EASTER EGG HUNT APRIL 13, 6:30PM
This event will be open to the public and church members alike. This is a
great opportunity to invite young families in your neighborhood! The Egg
Hunt is for children 12 and under - but anyone can come to watch and enjoy the
refreshments afterwards.
In order to make this event a success, we are looking for donations of:
- LOTS of Bags of individually wrapped candy to stuff the eggs.
- A LOT of cookies, snacks and drinks to serve at the party after the Egg Hunt. Store-bought-cookies or snacks are fine. Single serve “grab-and-go” snack bags are great too. Please mark if the cookies contain nuts.
- Helpers to serve refreshments during the event. (Please let Kris know if you are willing to help!)
We do not need empty plastic eggs this year.
We would greatly appreciate
if the eggs, and candy could be brought in by Sunday April 6. We plan to
fill the eggs on Wednesday evening (April 9) at 5:00 (before Bible study)
and continue afterward if needed.
Food and drinks can be brought to the kitchen anytime on Sunday April
13. Please mark them “Egg Hunt” so they do not get mixed up with the
donations for Easter Food boxes. As always, volunteers of all ages are
welcome to join the fun and help with the event! If you have any
questions, please contact Kris Gray.

FLOOD BUCKETS
Thank you to all who gave toward Flood Buckets in the fall. Given that emergencies don’t occur on any schedule, we want to encourage you to consider working on Flood Buckets throughout the year so that when needs arise, we are able to share. There is a small station next to the office where you can pick up a flyer with instructions and drop off completed buckets or simply items you wish to contribute toward a bucket at any time. This would be a great project for families or small groups to work on, collecting a few items over time till a bucket is filled.Any questions, see Pastor Blaine
